Bit of a strange one from yesterday at Leigh’s Locksmiths Bridgend

A customer calls after arriving home after a 24 hour nightmare plane and train journey, only to find out that they were unable to open their essential toiletries bag once they got home due to a failed lock.

Now the customer was tempted to break the lock off, but with the possibility of damaging their bag - the call was made, we were on site within 30 minutes, and the lock was picked open and back in their hand all before the kettle had a chance to boil.
